技术规格：



（1）用于安装在现有缩翻机上，生产出合格的202/200-150/180/250ml罐型的罐子。该系统包括中间进罐站（含进罐组件、进罐星轮）一站、将原来的大电机改造成双驱动，同时具备驱动分离机构，等。该设备由机械、电机、电气感应装置组成等，包含压缩空气和真空管道系统、电气元件等；（2）所提供的设备与招标人现有缩翻机（13NFRL,BELVAC 595K已改造成高速机）相匹配；（3）其他技术参数详见招标文件技术附件。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：





交货地点：关境外交货：CIF 厦门港；关境内交货：厦门宝钢制罐有限公司项目现场





交货时间：中标通知书发出之日起4个月内具备卖方工厂交货条件；





3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.{wz_now），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

4. 购买招标文件时间：2025年09月06日起到2025年09月12日止。





5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：



（1）未被国家企业公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单;（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单;（3）投标人或投标设备的制造商应具有与招标设备相当的同类缩翻机设备的供货业绩，且同类设备自2020年1月1日起至投标截止日内至少有3套在两片罐生产线上有投运业绩。

（1）The equipment provided by the bidder is to be installed on the existing shrink and flip machine to produce qualified 202/200-150/180/250ml cans. This system includes an intermediate tank feeding station (including tank feeding components and tank feeding star wheels), a station that transforms the original large motor into a dual drive system, and is equipped with a drive separation mechanism, etc. This equipment is composed of mechanical components, motors, electrical induction devices, etc., and includes compressed air and vacuum pipeline systems, electrical components, etc；（2）The provided equipment is compatible with the tenderee's existing shrinking and turning machine (13NFRL,BELVAC 595K has been transformed into a high-speed machine);（3）Other technical requirements are detailed in the technical section.
