技术规格：具备系统总体建模设计、系统协同建模、系统总体设计等功能。

资金国拨

交货地点：招标人指定地点

交货时间：合同签订后8周内到货，到货后21个工作日内完成安装、调试（包含实现招标文件要求的全部功能所必需的所有定制和集成）和性能调优，到货后5个月内完成培训，包括基础培训和高级培训。

资质要求：

*①投标人应提供有效的营业执照或营业登记证明文件复印件

*②境内投标人应提供有效的银行基本账户开户许可证复印件或基本账户信息证明文件复印件。；

*③投标人应是所投主要设备原厂开发商或代理商，同一开发商仅能委托一个代理商参加投标，代理商须提供开发商专项授权书（原件）和开发商原厂售后服务承诺书（原件）。若为开发商，须提供售后服务承诺书（原件）。

*④投标人应提供其基本账户的开户银行在开标日前3个月内开具的资信证明的原件或复印件（资信证明所致单位不限于招标人及招标机构；如资信证明文件中标明“复印无效”的，应提供资信证明原件，招标机构保留开标当天审核原件的权利）。

招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

Time:Thegoodswillarrivewithin8weeksafterthecontractissigned,andtheinstallation,commissioning(includingallcustomizationandintegrationnecessarytorealizeallthefunctionsrequiredbythebiddingdocuments)andperformancetuningwillbecompletedwithin21workingdaysafterthearrival,andwithin5monthsafterthearrivalCompletetraining,includingbasictrainingandadvancedtraining.

3RequirementsofBidderqualification:

*①Thetenderershallprovidecopiesofvalidbusinesslicenseorbusinessregistrationcertificate.

*②Domesticbiddersshallprovidecopiesofvalidbankbasicaccountopeninglicenseorcopiesofbasicaccountinformationsupportingdocuments.;

*③Thebiddershallbetheoriginaldeveloperoragentofthemainequipmentinvested.Thesamedevelopercanonlyentrustoneagenttoparticipateinthebidding.Theagentmustprovidethedeveloper'sspecialauthorization(originalcopy)andthedeveloper'soriginalafter-salesservicecommitment(originalcopy).Ifthebidderisadeveloper,itmustprovideafter-salesservicecommitment(originalcopy).
